We are planning on leaving WA this coming Monday which also happens to be the 4 week mark of Tom's surgery. He is still steadily improving although he still has the pleurisy problem. With meds, it is not painful as before but the fluid is still there as of yesterday. If it isn't gone in a couple of weeks, they will have to draw it out so praying that it is gone soon. He gets around well and takes his walks but he still needs lots of rest and cannot lift any weight that is over a gallon of milk:)
Sounds like IA has been having some better weather than around Christmas time. Tom says that the weather here has been nicer than their usual Januarys. We have seen the mountains quite a few of our days here!
We will miss them all but it is time for them to get back to the 5 of them. Karlene deserves a medal for having her mother-in-law around for a month!! We will head for AZ and plan to stop at Wayne & Tena's place Monday evening.
Love to all!

| Jenna loves to be read to and if she doesn't know what a word means, she asks, so it can take a little while to read a book:) |

| Jenna is a puzzler beyond her years. Often when I was holding a piece and looking for a place for it, she looks at it and points to where it goes:) |
