Hello from WA

Couple of Sundays ago, it snowed and was quite slushy on the roads.
Didn't last long though!

Hi all,
It is a beautiful day here in WA, sunny and in the 40's. Looks like it isn't too bad back home right now either.

The kids are quite healthy again. After Alivia had tonsilitis, Jenna had a double ear infection but both are doing better.

Tom & Karlene are doing good. They have been through a lot and it isn't over by any means but things are progressing nicely. Tom has a long ways to go but he is behaving and doing all that he is supposed to. He walks outside when it is nice weather.  He is a good patient and Karlene a good caretaker:)

We are doing well too, G'pa is keeping busy but still has time to socialize with the rest of us. We have been getting plenty of rest. I try to help out with kids or food, whenever the need arises. I'm getting better at puzzles and can read up to 6 bedtime books to Jenna at a time:) With Mommy home again, she is her most favorite reader at bedtime. I can still sneak some in though:)

Tom has an appointment with his surgeon tomorrow, so far he has had lots of blood work to check on how his medications are working. It will be good to hear what his Dr. has to say.
