Saturday we had a very rainy day. This desert soil really soaks that up. Heard that we had 1 and a half inches. Yesterday I took my 15 minute golf cart ride to get the van for some errands. I miss not having a printer here but go to the library and either print from online or from my USB flash drive, it works. I may be taking the golf cart again today if G'pa wants his lunch that was on the counter after he left. Yes, I am making lunches again:) That woodworking is pretty serious business! I'm glad that he is enjoying it.
Took some pictures of some birds behind this place. I think they were enjoying the moisture that doesn't stick around too long. Hope to get some pictures of cactus blooms before we leave since they have had a warmer winter and now a nice rain.
