It's been a fun weekend. Derek visited us and Dan & Leah joined us too. Saturday we had our noon meal together and G'pa got some painting done on the louvers of the house with their help. It's good to have help (not G'ma) with raising and lowering him. That evening we went out for pizza. Today, labor day, we went for a bike ride. No, not together, the kids went on a really long, fast one and their grandparents went on a short, slow one:) We went to Culver's for lunch and we then made some homemade ice cream and Derek headed back to UNI.Hope you all had a good weekend.
