car & couch

It's been driven to town a few times and it is fun to shift,  however if you go
too fast it vibrates pretty good. G'pa just shakes his head wondering what is
wrong with me:)

We bought a new couch so I got rid of some extra stuff out of the
family room while I was at it. Looks better in there. You know,
cleaning is a really good thing if you ever get to it:)

Well, this is Saturday and they just had the first parade of the 2013 Tulip Time.  Howbeit, I did not see it!  G'pa and I each drove shuttle golf cart Thursday (10-2) and got very cold and very wet. But we lived through it and are no worse off because of it!  Our church music program gets $900 for getting volunteers from our church. I did it a few years ago and it was a cold day also. Maybe I should not sign up for it again:) G'pa is also driving right now (it is raining quite heavily at the moment here). Hopefully it will let up in time for an evening parade. I do feel bad for all the people that love it and for everyone that go to so much work setting things up. I personally would much rather see sunshine and warmth also.
Hey, I think the rain is letting up so might go to town and see if G'pa needs some coffee or some dutchey thing to eat. Maybe some people have left now and I can find a place to park and walk!
